From Idea to Finished Shaker: How Your Order Works
You have an idea for shakers with your logo and are wondering how you get from there to delivery. This article shows how an order with VYTE LABEL works, step by step – with guide figures for the quote, manufacturing and shipping. A dedicated contact person supports you from enquiry to delivery.
Step 1: The enquiry
You submit your enquiry directly in the configurator on the product page, for example for the Premium Shaker 700 ml. There, you choose the colours and print, upload your logo as an SVG file and send off the configuration. You can also describe your project via our enquiry form.
The agency or graphic designer who designed your logo usually has its SVG file. If you do not have it to hand right now, you can still send the enquiry without it – we will contact you about the file. You can read what matters for a logo in print in our tips for your logo in print.
The Premium Shaker 700 ml is available from 210 units. The exact minimum quantity is stated with each product.
Step 2: The quote
In response to your enquiry, you will receive a non-binding quote, usually within 24 hours. It lists the items for goods, printing, printing screens and shipping. We print your shakers using screen printing; a printing screen is the fine-mesh fabric through which the ink is printed. Our price guide explains what the price depends on.
Step 3: The sample (on request)
If you would like to check the material and feel for yourself in advance, order a sample. A sample shaker is charged for, and the cost is credited towards a later order. The sample does not carry your logo.
Step 4: Print preview and approval
For your logo, there is a print preview in advance. Minor adjustments such as placement and size are included. Before approval, we work out together with you how best to get your motif onto the shaker.
We submit the order to you for approval in our customer portal. With your approval in the portal, the order becomes binding.
Step 5: Payment and manufacturing
Payment is made in advance; we provide invoices for you to download in the customer portal. Manufacturing begins after your approval and payment; it usually takes 4–6 weeks. With your own cup colour, it usually takes up to 8 weeks. Your own cup colour by colour code is possible for the Premium Shaker and the Classic Shaker from 1,120 units.
Our products are BPA-free and comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 on materials intended for food contact.
You will receive the expected delivery date as soon as your order has been scheduled for manufacturing. You will then see it in the customer portal.
Step 6: Shipping and delivery
Within the EU, shipping after manufacturing usually takes 3–5 working days. We deliver to your warehouse, your fulfilment partner or your business address. You receive the tracking information via the customer portal and by email.
No customs duties apply to deliveries within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, we prepare an individual quote for you; please then clarify import and customs in advance.
On request, we also produce an individual carton with your logo for your shakers. Ask us about it in your enquiry.
Reordering
For a reorder, the product's minimum quantity applies again. The costs of the printing screens for your shakers are incurred again with every order, even if the motif stays the same. Plan your reorders in good time. You can read more about this in our article Minimum order quantities explained.

All figures are guide figures. For promotions, trade fairs or events, you should therefore build in some buffer time.
Conclusion: six steps to your shakers
There are six steps from enquiry to delivery; the sample is optional. With the print preview, you clarify before your approval how your logo will appear on the shaker. You use the guide figures to plan your date.
